Here is a little edit from a great yoga studio that I've had to pleasure to practice at. It's called the yoga workshop in Boulder, led by renowned Ashtangi Richard Freeman. Just a nice peek into the wild world of Mysore style Ashtanga yoga. I've been yearning to dig deep into my daily practice again now that the marathon is over.
